Place-Based Learning

At URBAN ACT, our educational model meets our scholars where they live.

Our school, neighborhoods, communities, and city serve as the springboard for student learning and investigation.

Through place-based learning, we allow Indianapolis scholars in grades K through 8 learn the skills and knowledge they need by studying the world they live in.

We prepare them to excel in a changing world.
